gloriafood updates october 2023
by Laura-Andreea Voicu

Instead of spooky surprises, we bring good tidings in October. We reorganized the Admin Panel sections for smoother navigation and a better customer experience, and we explored topics like recycling, risk management, digital marketing, and fundraising on our blog.

Enhanced Admin Panel Navigation

We have improved the left-side navigation within the Admin Panel for an enhanced customer experience. Note that functionalities will remain the same across all sections. Without further ado, let’s see what’s new:

Setup

In the Setup section, the old ‘Menu setup & receive orders’ section has been split into two.

You can now download the order-taking app from the ‘Taking orders’ section and configure the menu from the Menu Setup section, as such:

Marketing Tools

The Marketing Tools section is where you should go if you want to create restaurant promotions and design flyers, kick-start orders from food clients, engage customers to order using Autopilot campaigns and enlist the restaurant in Google Business.

Online Ordering

The Online Ordering section is where you can set up printers, enable limit scheduled orders, set service fees, define fulfillment options, activate ReCAPTCHA at checkout, and enable 3rd party integrations.

Finally, in the Other section, you can enable email notifications and define the supported languages for the ordering widget.
